Once you've created your account, all it takes is these three easy steps:
1. Set Up Your PC
First Time Only - Install the Online Meetings host software on your PC,
allowing you to present meetings. Setup takes less than three minutes, and no configuration
is necessary.
2. Schedule a Meeting
Instantly begin hosting meetings using our simple web-based scheduling.
Start a meeting immediately, schedule one in the future, or set up an automatically-recurring
series of meetings.
Invite participants by emailing them a clickable electronic invitation.
 3. Start Your Meeting
When you're ready for your meeting to begin, launch the Meeting Manager to interact with your
connected participants.
Using the controls on the Meeting Manager, you can share, pause, or hide
your desktop, as well as enable various permissions for participants, like VoIP, file transfer, and meeting recording.
Each
participant also has his own version of the meeting manager, allowing for direct interation with the presenter.
It's even easier for participants to attend a meeting...
Participants do not install any software to attend a meeting.
They simply click the link contained in an emailed invitation or enter the ID
for the meeting at http://meetings.eblvd.com.
There is never a fee for participants to attend a meeting.
