My participant can't connect to my Online Meeting
Usually this is due to security settings on the participant's
PC preventing the eBLVD Client Applet from accessing the internet. Have
the participant temporarily disable any anti-virus or firewall software running
on their PC and attempt to connect again.
See the Participant Troubleshooting Guide for more information.
I've forgotten my password
To retrieve or change the password for your online account,
click here to obtain an email link to reset it.
If you've forgotten the password for a Host PC, you will need to re-install the host
software on that machine.
I need to install eBLVD host software on my new PC
To transfer your license to a new PC, first you must delete
your existing PC from your host PC list. Sign in to your account and click the
"Host PCs" link. From this page, locate the PC you wish to delete,
check the check-box, and click the "Delete checked" link. To activate
your new PC, click the "Setup This PC" link on the Host PCs page.
I need help getting started
To get started on our service, sign in to your account and
follow the instructions. View our Quick Start Guides.
I need help with the eBLVD Conference Calling service
Our teleconferencing service is included with your Online Meetings
license and can provide the audio portion of your meeting. You can use an unlimited
number of minutes, over a standard telephone line. When you create your meeting,
you will be assigned a 10-digit US phone number (not toll-free) and a 6-digit PIN
code for one of our phone-bridges. This information will be included in your meeting
details as well as each participant's email. At the time of your meeting, the presenter
and all participants will dial the phone number, enter the PIN code, and announce
themselves. (For advanced presenter functionality, dial a "*" before
entering the PIN code.) View our Teleconferencing Guide.
I need help with Session Recording
Session Recording is currently available from the remote connection side.
To enable Session Recording for an Online Meetings participant, the presenter must right-click on the
participant's name in the meeting manager and select "Enable Meeting Recording."
For Remote Desktop and Support Center, the person connecting remotely will automatically
have recording enabled upon connecting. To begin recording a session, click the
"Record Session" button on the gray toolbar across the top of the eBLVD Client
(the window displaying the Host PC's desktop). An .avi file will be created containing video only, but
audio may be edited in later.
View our Session Recording Guide.
I need help setting up my Cobranding
Cobranding is currently available for Online Meetings and Support Center.
The landing page of the generated meeting or support link will display your logo and colors.
To configure your cobrand settings, click the "Configure Cobranding Preferences" link
on the "Configure Preferences" page of your account.
I'm having firewall problems
Our service has been designed using end-to-end Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to
protect your data and enable your meeting traffic to traverse the internet unencumbered by firewalls.
During an SSL session, data passed back and forth between the Host PC and participants is secured
using public key cryptography. The Host PC exchanges key information with the participants to create
a private conversation that only those involved in the meeting can understand. Occasionally, a highly
restrictive firewall may need a modification to permit our service.
View our
Security Guide for more information.
I'm having trouble installing the eBLVD Host software
Your Windows account must have Power User rights or higher.
Launch the Setup Wizard by clicking the "Setup this PC" link
after you log in. You will need to assign a PC name
(unique to our network) and a password to lock down the PC.
Due to the large number of registered PCs,
you may unfortunately be prevented from getting your first choice of PC name.
I need help understanding eBLVD licensing
The Online Meetings service is licensed by the number of concurrent participants and presenters.
Remote Desktop and Support Center are licensed by the number
of Host PCs to be installed.
