What's the difference between Remote Desktop, Remote Desktop Corporate, and Support Center?

eBLVD offers cloud-based services on a monthly, or annual subscription basis. The services are designed to leverage the Internet by increasing our customer’s productivity and flexibility, while virtually eliminating unnecessary travel expenses.

eBLVD Remote Desktop is designed for individual users who need web-based remote access to a few computers. eBLVD Remote Desktop - Corporate Edition gives IT staff and consultants remote access to many computers and centralized administration of multiple users, along with customizable setup and security options.

eBLVD Support Center is used by IT management and staff, consultants, support providers, software companies, professional service organizations, and anyone who needs to quickly and effortlessly access, support, or manage a group of computers, servers, and POS systems. This system includes a trouble ticket system which allows for the generation of reports to measure incident and response metrics.

I would like to renew / re-activate my service.

Annual licenses must be renewed each year, while monthly licenses are perpetual. Your account may also have been suspended voluntarily, or due to payment issues.

To renew, simply sign in to your account and click the Renewal Notice. If you don't have a Renewal Notice, click "Contact us" at the bottom of any page on eBLVD and let us know. We can instantly generate a renewal notice for you.

How do I replace / switch a Host PC license to a new or different PC?

To transfer or replace a Host PC license, log in to your eBLVD account, access the Host PCs page, place a checkmark in the box to the left of the Host PC(s) to be deleted, and click the "Delete Checked" link above the list. Alternatively, you can uninstall the software from the OLD PC by clicking START -> All Programs -> eBLVD -> Uninstall Software.

Next, while at the NEW PC you'll be setting up, click the "Set Up This PC" link on the top-left side of the Host PCs page to invoke the Installation Wizard.

Can I switch services, plans, or plan levels?

Yes, you can switch any of the aforementioned at anytime.

Do licenses renew automatically?

Yes. Each monthly or annual license subscription is paid in advance and renews automatically. To pause or cancel the subscription at any time, contact eBLVD Customer Care. After you notify us, your subscription will expire on your next scheduled renewal date (Please allow a few days to process your request).

How do I cancel my account?

To cancel your account, just give us a call or send us an online request. Once we receive your request, the existing licenses will be set to expire at the end of the current billing cycle.

*Cancellation requests must be received 72 hours (3 business days) before the next billing cycle in order to allow sufficient processing time.

How do I change my eBLVD username or password?

To update your Username, Password, or Email preferences:

  1. Log into your eBLVD account
  2. Click "My Account", then "Login Details"
  3. Update the information accordingly, and click the "Continue" button to save.

How do I reset/retrieve my password?

To retrieve forgotten login information you can use our password reset tool - or -

  1. Leave one or both login fields blank, and click the "Sign In" button.
  2. Click the "Forgot your password?" link.
  3. Enter the Username (if known) or email address tied to the account (the account's primary email address). An email will be sent to that email address with a link and instructions for changing the password.
    NOTE: If more than one account exists for the email address, the user will be prompted to contact Customer Care for assistance.
  4. Click the link provided in the email. The resulting page will display the Username, and prompt for new password information.
  5. Enter and Confirm a new password; click Continue.
  6. Click the "Continue to your account" button on the next screen to be automatically logged in with the new login information.

How do I upgrade my account?

You may purchase additional services or upgrade your existing services at any time by clicking the "My Services" link located under "My Account"

If you have purchased our Online Meeting service, you can also increase the number of licensed participants on a temporary or permanent basis.

How long does it take to set up the service?

With eBLVD, you can be set an account instantly 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Just place your order, and you'll be ready to go with absolutely no waiting!

How long has eBLVD been in business?

ENC Technology Corp was incorporated in 2001, and our site, eBLVD.com was launched shortly thereafter. eBLVD develops all of the software in-house and manages, along with our data center partners, the networks that the services run on. eBLVD supports customers ranging from Fortune 100 companies to sole-proprietor businesses. We are rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau, and are Trustwave certified for compliance with the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standard).

How much does eBLVD Cost?

All of our services are reasonably priced. Online Meetings prices are determined by the number of concurrent Participants as well as the number of Presenters(Hosts).

Support Center prices are determined by the number of Customer Service Reps and anticipated number of Open Tickets/PCs.

Remote Desktop prices are determined by the number of Host PCs.

You have the option of paying on a recurring monthly basis, or once a year. There are no hidden fees, and there is no limit to the number of unique participants / hosts that you activate throughout your license term.

I don't have a credit card. What can I do?

We require either a debit card, credit card, or valid checking account to activate service. If you don't have any of the aforementioned, VISA does offer a service called the VISA Gift Card where you can purchase a debit card for a fixed amount of money and refill the card's balance as needed. Some customers use this as payment for our service if they are not able to use a credit card.

I only need your service part of the year. Can I suspend my account?

Yes. During months when you use the service you pay the regular fees. For months when you do not need our service, you may request your account status to be INACTIVE. Simply Contact us and we will set your subscription to automatically expire on your next monthly or yearly renewal date. To reactivate your subscription later on, simply sign in, or let us know you wish to reactivate.

Is there a set up fee?

Is there any contract or may I cancel at any time?

There is no contract and you may cancel your service at any time. To cancel, simply sign into your account, and select the Contact link at the bottom of every page at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the end of Your term ("Term"). If You selected the monthly plan, your term is monthly. If you selected the annual plan, your term is yearly. If you choose to cancel in the middle of your term, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your term (monthly or annual billing cycle).

Is there both a monthly and yearly charge?

No, you can choose to pay monthly or annually. There is a discount if you pay annually and there is no long term contract. If you are ever dissatisfied with our service, we will refund you 100% of the unused portion of your license.

What are my payment options?

Services, whether monthly or annual, are paid at the start of the term by credit card, debit card, or e-check. Regardless of payment method, we'll get you set up and using eBLVD right away!

What day of the month do you bill?

Your monthly recurring charge is billed on the same day that you set up the account. For example, if you set up an account on the 12th, you'll be billed automatically on the 12th of each month, until you instruct us otherwise.

Will I get a receipt for my purchase?

You will receive a receipt via email for your initial eBLVD subscription purchase, as well as subsequent automatic billings; and anytime you change your eBLVD subscription plan thereafter.

Please add our Customer Care email address of care@eBLVD.com and dont-reply@eBLVD.com to your email address book to ensure you receive receipts and other important communications regarding eBLVD.

Will I get to keep my trial account after I pay?

Yes, your trial account becomes your actual account once you activate your account by submitting a payment. There is no need to transfer or re-enter user data, settings, or preferences.
